Lighting Controls Design: Royal National Institute of Blind People Grimaldi Building
This project focused on designing an advanced lighting control strategy for the second floor of the RNIB Grimaldi Building, emphasising accessibility, inclusivity, and energy efficiency. The design aimed to create an adaptable and engaging environment that meets diverse user needs, particularly for individuals with sight loss.
The project integrated digital DALI-2 protocols for precise control and featured a multi-sensorial approach to promote well-being and ease of navigation within the space. The design adhered to best practices for accessible and sustainable lighting, ensuring an inclusive and functional workspace for all users.
